My Interview Experience:
Hi friends, this is krish. I'm pursuing my post graduation in a university in Andhra Pradesh, India. Today I want to share my interview experience to you all. On 26th march 2017 I got a mail that "apply for aarvee associates off campus" from my placement office so I applied for that on 28 march 2017 for the post graduate trainee engineer and I got the mail that you are shortlisted for the campus so attend in Hyderabad on 8th and 9th April.
On 7 th April I started to Hyderabad from Samalkot by janmabhoomi SF exp, it was a chair car so I've to sit till the end of my journey. In train usually It's a day journey, I was encountered with many different people, small kids to grand old people. In those characters I was mostly accentuate to very few characters those are one old man, one woman about age group of 29 to 31, one small kid of 4 years and many vendors.
An old man he was about 60-70 old, at first his face seems to be very sad and in most of the times during journey his eyes were filled with tears, and he was so generous and kind he donating money to beggars who came into train, in India begging is very common in many public places. If anyone came and sat in his seat he was very hesitated to ask them for place and he uses to stand beside the door till his place get vacated I watched him for an half n hour and asked the one who sat in the seat to return this place that old man, I called him asked to sit there, after some time tears rolling from his eyes. I felt sad and enquired him, then he said that his younger brother was died in accident, who met him two days before, he added, his health was very perfect he died because of that accident. I asked him where are you going now?, he answered i'm going to meet my elder son who living in hyderabad, he is working in TCS, he added my child is very big authority there, i often used to ask recommendation for local guys in our village but my child says sure i'll help but they should be proficient with english and programming. The journey ended and I learned patience from him actually his leg was operated just few months ago, he was walking with help of handstick.
After this coming to woman she was around 30. I were attracted to her because of her helping nature, she helped the young boy to get his pain relived by giving some medicines to him, this young boy was crying continuously due to pain because of his operated broken leg.
At Last I reached Hyderabad, and went to my brothers home. Had some rest and prepared for the interview on the very next day. I went to the venue and sat there, after some time they allotted ID card for us and called all of us for the written test. I cleared written test, after written test they gave one paper with some different questions like "most memorable situation in your life" and "If you have rebirth which animal you want to be?" I did good I thought. and there after they called for group discussion and JAM session. they called our batch and make sat in separate cabin, we are eleven and we formally introduced ourselves so that we can know about us. Many of them are from IITs and national institutions. I'm from local university and felt tensed and terrified. It some time for me to get normal because this is my first interview. after that we were seated to start group discussion with a debating topic "traditionality versus modernity" one of started with good statement and continued for some time seamlessly and some started debating so the interviewer interrupted us that remembering us this is a group discussion. I spoke 2 times in the whole discussion. after that they gave us topic instantly and ask us to speak about that for 1 minute at least (JAM).
After that they short listed for interview I was very tensed first list, second list and one by one list comes and goes on almost ninth list I heard my name and felt a bit relaxed and waited for 4 hours to get in to the interview panel. almost they make me sat for 1 hour they keep on asking questions continuously literally they made me explain a brief outlook of water resources engineering.
After that I sat for 3 more hours to know that I was shortlisted or not, and there my name is. there i did the mistake interviewer enquired me, whether could I came next day for the final round? I obeyed for that statement that was the only mistake I did. whenever the flow continues don't break it.
Very next day I attended the technical round 2, they made me to drive through a tough subject due to my less exposure on that subject I was answered imperfectly. and kept in hold and they said we will intimate you a month later and i didn't got any answer from them. so I was rejected very smoothly. true but very sad to me. anyway, thanks for everyone who encouraged me.
